    This gentle, trauma-informed group will help you slow down, ground, and strengthen your capacity for calm.

    Each week, join us virtually for just 20 minutes to learn accessible somatic practices that support nervous system health, harness neuroplasticity, and create lasting change.

  • Support Group For Parents of Neurodivergent Teens

    Parents of children ages 14–18 · Autism & ADHD focus
    Starting October 8th at 6:30 PM (6-week series)

    Parenting a neurodivergent teen can be both rewarding and overwhelming. This closed-group program offers parents a supportive space to learn, connect, and reframe challenges with clarity and compassion.

    What You’ll Gain:

    Knowledge & Insight – Understand the neurological roots of autism, ADHD, and related conditions like anxiety.

    Community Support – Share experiences in a safe, nonjudgmental circle of parents who “get it.”
