“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” -Carl Rodgers.

A young woman with brown curly hair and tattoos on her arms stands outdoors on a sidewalk, smiling with her arms crossed, under a tree with budding green leaves on a sunny day.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps clients navigate eating disorder recovery, body image repair, life transitions, anxiety, confidence work, and perfectionism with curiosity and compassion. My approach is grounded in authenticity and collaboration—I believe healing happens in a space that’s safe, supportive, and non-judgmental.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults, offering both traditional talk therapy, somatic and mindfulness-based practices. Drawing from psychodynamic, person-centered, feminist, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, I help clients reconnect with their resilience, develop practical coping tools, and move toward greater self-understanding and ease.

Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about rediscovering what’s already within you.
